Synthesis is a mixed-media installation that explores the transformation of matter. It has a plaster piece in the center of two pieces of semi-transparent fabric, which allows the hand-drawn digital animation to be projected onto and through. The organically shaped sculptures hanging on the sides are ceramics, which were inspired by the flow of water. The looping sound is coded with SonicPi.
